Pony Xpress is a FedEx Ground Independent Contractor with locations in the Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland, Ohio areas. We strive to find experienced and dedicated drivers that will complete their tasks efficiently and effectively. If you feel you would be a good fit for this position, we would love to connect with you! We are currently looking for full time drivers
We are looking for drivers with 1 year of relevant driving experience. Which includes, but not limited to:
- Step-vans
- Box trucks
- Cargo vans
- Sprinter vans
Delivery Driver Basic Requirements
- Must be able to pass a Background Check
- Must be able to pass a Drug Screen
- Must be able to pass a DOT Physical to obtain a DOT Card or already have one
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- Valid driver's license
- 21 years old
Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Use hand-held device for routing and customer delivery information.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
- Load and unload packages to be delivered into and out of your vehicle
- Lift, load, and deliver packages up to 150 lbs (dolly is provided)
Compensation
- Step Van & Box Truck Drivers - $175/day (no hourly rate)
- Performance incentives for all drivers (perform well = higher earning POTENTIAL)
- All drivers are paid bi-weekly
- W2 position

Other Details
- FedEx branded vehicle is provided
- No CDL required
- One weekend day is required for all drivers
- All shifts start at 8:00 A.M.
- All routes are designed to take anywhere from 8-12 hours. There is no designated time for the end of each shift.
